1Why should the outside be treated instead of the inside?
When Advanced Services treats the exterior of your home, pests will be stopped in their tracks. Pests won’t get inside and invade your family’s living space, potentially causing problems or damage.
2Will Advanced Services ever treat the interior of my home?
Yes, Advanced Services does treat the interior of homes at the request of the customer. On the initial service the inside will be treated to eliminate any pests currently inside. Your ongoing perimeter service should keep pests from getting through. If some pests happen to slip by, we will gladly treat inside your home for no extra charge.
3What should I do to prepare for a PestPlus treatment?
One of the best things about our pest control is how easy it is on you. You do not have to be home when we come. Simply make sure that all of your windows are closed, and pick up any toys, tools, and garden hoses lying next to the house.
4Will the treatment harm the grass, flowers, or shrubbery?
We are careful to apply products as directed so that no damage to plants, yards, or surfaces will occur.
5Should children and pets be kept away from treated areas?
Children and pets should be kept out of the treated area until surfaces are dry.
6Does the treatment have an odor?
The treatment has very little odor. It’s unlikely you will even know it’s there… but the bugs will!

We offer TAP Attic Insulation. TAP is an Energy Star rated cellulose based insulation that we blow into your attic on top of your existing insulation. TAP is fireproof, controls pests, and provides a sound barrier.
Moisture Control
Vapor barriers help prevent mold and odors. By installing a vapor barrier, the moisture level can be greatly reduced, which will also prevent mold and foul odors from forming. Vapor barriers can help your floor. Since damp soil constitutes the floor of the crawl space, moisture rises to the first floor of the house. An insulated crawlspace will keep floors at comfortable temperatures in both the winter and summer. Vapor barriers can also prevent pipes from bursting.
